I have been counseling for multiple years and I am a former elite Ringette goalie who played on AA ringette for 10+ years. From the rush of being on a national caliber ringette team to the countless hours spent honing my skills as a goalie and playing soccer, baseball, and rock climbing on the side, sports have been a constant. It was this deep-seated connection to athletics that ignited my passion for nutrition, seeing firsthand how it could elevate performance on the field or rink.
Life's twists and turns often lead us back to where we began, but with newfound insights and purpose. A significant injury diverted my path away from hospital work, but it also served as a catalyst for returning to my roots.
